If I could give higher rating I would. Extremely kind and professional from management and office staff to our installer, Arcue Barber. Communication from the company prior to estimate appointment was top notch, as was communication from Arcue on installation day. Estimate was thorough and accurate, needs were well explained and easily understood. Quality of workmanship was very high, including complicated lids for a double "figure eight" sump in the basement. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have dealt with many vendors and installers in my work career (managing vehicle maintenance for multiple locations for several large to very large corporations) and personal home repair dealings. Alpha Radon for me is in the very top tier of all the folks I have dealt with, and this is indeed a very small group in a very large pool of vendors. Excellent people doing exceptional work. Anyone who uses Alpha Radon Remediation will be happy with the results.

This was not my first time using them but I guess it was my last as I had to press (“Kayla”) them for a response to get information, and then they never showed up for the set appointment. Nothing like falling thru the cracks twice. Owner: So your answer is that you (by choice) chose not to show up to multiple appointments? It sounds like you are trying to normalize this . It was not an issue with just running late. You just DID NOT SHOW UP! It was not even for an instal! Maybe you just have too much going on to know what is happening.Not my business to know.
